Note:

1. Magnetic saturation all-copper UV transformer : The dimming range 30-100%, stable working temperature and  installation adaptability, can be in damp, high temerature, frost,corrosion and other harsh environment.
2. IGBT Electronic UV power supply : The dimming range 15-100%, quick response time, low standby power and energy saving, suitable for working in clean environment.
3. No ozone UV lamp : Remove ultraviolet ozone generation band, suitable for those why need low odour products, such as: cigarette packaging, wine packaging, food packaging, high-end cosmetics, etc...
4. UV special configuration : such as can be removed from the ultraviolet generation of some special bands and temperature and exposure requirements configuration.

 

UV system configuration

In high-speed printing machine such as gravure printing, flexo printing and coating glazing machine, we use water-cooled and air-cooling shuter UV lamp shade to achieve better temperature and curing effect.

Low temperatyre design: Workshop temperature within 25ºC, printing products after drying temperature is not hight than 42ºC.
